  • I am very impressed with the service! My heat went out a couple of days before Christmas and Mr. Refrigeration had a new unit installed before Christmas Day.Words cannot express how great I think these guys are! Thank you so much for all your help and concern about us being without heat.

  • That was one nice job your team did for us. They arrived on time and were so very professional in performing their work. It was so nice to have a group of men that seem to love the job they were doing and took pride in it. Special thanks to Johnny, he handled the heat pump situation like a professional.

  • Mr. Refrigeration replaced my old unit with a new Trane XR13, works great. They were on time and finished the installation in a few hours. Cleaned up and the job looked great. Thank you for a job well done.

As a Trane Comfort Specialist, we provide our customers with high-quality Trane products and services.

unitsMany Trane Comfort Specialist dealers have NATE certified technicians. Organizations that are part of the NATE coalition include the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers. NATE stands for North American Technician Excellence and is an independent organization that certifies installation or service technicians with a knowledge-based test. A recent survey says that 87% of air conditioning and heating consumers prefer certified technicians. Organizations that are part of the NATE coalition include the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers.

To become certified installation and/or service technicians, these technicians must pass both core and specialty parts of either an installation or service test with a score of 70 or better. Specialties include heat pump, air conditioning, air distribution, oil heat and gas heat. The NATE test is not easy, and not all technicians pass it the first time. NATE certification verifies that the technicians who pass are the best in the trade when it comes to knowledge and experience installing or servicing your home heating or cooling system. Look for the NATE logo when you need service on your current system or a new comfort system.
